What is Delta-9?

Delta-9 THC is by far the most popular cannabinoid, as it is the one most closely associated with traditional cannabis. However, the Delta-9 THC we use comes from the Hemp plant, and not from Marijuana.

Legality of Delta-9

Our products are derived from 100% legal USA hemp and contains less than 0.3% Delta9-THC in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.  Please check with your local laws and restrictions to see if Delta-9 is legal where you reside.
